抗高温承压复合堵漏凝胶室内研制及评价 被引量:3

摘要 钻井过程中钻井液的严重漏失问题直接造成建井周期延长、建井成本增加,所钻地层由于裂缝及溶洞发育导致泥浆失返、井喷、地层垮塌、埋钻具等事故直接威胁作业人员的生命安全和影响我国油气勘探开发进程。化学交联类堵漏材料依靠良好的黏弹性和韧性对恶性漏失问题呈现出良好的封堵效果。阐述了一种新型复合凝胶材料的研发过程以及应对缝洞型漏失的实验室评价。通过筛选复配单体得出适用于150℃地温下复合堵漏凝胶配方,同时应用高温高压动态堵漏仪对复合堵漏凝胶在1~5 mm缝宽的不同类型裂缝中的成胶性、抗高温性、膨胀性及承压性进行测试,为复合凝胶堵漏的可行性和可靠性提供科学可靠的实验依据,进一步保证新型复合堵漏凝胶在满足现场施工期间成胶性能可调,成胶时间可调、高温地层堵漏承压能力强、高温膨胀率大等特点,确保凝胶堵漏施工的高效、便捷。 Sever lost circulation problem in the drilling process extend the well construction period and increase the construction investment.The development of fractures and caves can cause the mud circulation failure,blowout,formation collapse,drilling tools buried and other accidents,which directly threatens the operators life safety and affects the process of oil and gas exploration and development.Depending on the good viscoelasticity and toughness,chemical crosslinking plugging material shows good plugging effect on the problem of malignant leakage.In this paper,the research and development of a new type of composite gel material were described as well as the laboratory evaluation of the fracture leakage.By screening compound monomers,a compound plugging gel formula suitable for 150℃ground temperature was obtained.The high temperature and high pressure dynamic sealing apparatus was used to test the plugging gel performance of high temperature resistance,expansion and hydro-pressure bearing in different types of cracks with the width of 1~5 mm.The experimental result provide scientific and reliable experimental basis for the feasibility and reliability of composite gel plugging.The gelling properties of adjustable gelling time,high temperature and pressure resistance,high temperature expansion rate ensure the efficient and convenient gel plugging construction.
