摘要
主要课题针对二甲醚低温蒸汽重整制氢的催化剂体系进行了研究。首先选择二甲醚水解所用的催化剂和载体;然后,采用浸渍法,制备了一系列用于重整的Cu-Zn/Al_(2)O_(3)系催化剂,并对其进行表征;结果表明:以CuCl_(2)为前体、Cu负载量为15%、Cu∶Zn摩尔比为1∶0.03、焙烧温度为450℃时,用Cu-Zn/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂在进行DME重整制氢反应时,催化剂展现出好活性,高选择性。
The catalyst system for low temperature steam reforming of dimethyl ether for hydrogen production was studied.Firstly,the catalyst and carrier used for the hydrolysis of dimethyl ether were selected.Then,a series of Cu-Zn/Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts for reforming were prepared by impregnation method,and they were characterized.The results showed that when CuCl_(2) was used as the precursor,the Cu load was 15%,the molar ratio of Cu to Zn was 1∶0.03,and the calcination temperature was 450℃,prepared Cu-Zn/Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst had good activity and high selectivity in DME reforming hydrogen production reaction.
