南泥湾油田多段塞复合凝胶调驱技术应用 被引量:4

摘要 由于受长期注水的冲刷,注采井组油藏储层内的岩石结构和物性参数发生了较大变化,造成油层注采矛盾突出,注入水在不同岩性段突进各不相同,使得油水井之间存在高渗透条带或形成大孔道,吸水程度差异大。在南泥湾采油厂优选了8口调驱井进行了无机凝胶调驱现场实施。调驱结束后,各井组综合含水率比调驱前平均下降了26.7%;平均井组日增油0.491 t,累计增油1474.92 t,投入产出比为1∶1.93,有效期大于8个月。无机凝胶深部调驱技术调整注水井吸水剖面、提高注入压力、提高油井产油量以及改善驱油效果,达到了降水增油的目的。 Due to the scouring of long-term water injection,the rock structure and physical parameters in the reservoir of the injection production well group have changed greatly,resulting in prominent injection production contradiction of the oil layer.The sudden entry of injected water in different lithologic sections is different,resulting in high permeability bands or large pores between oil and water wells,with great differences in water absorption.8 wells for adjustment and drive were selected in the Nanniwan oil production plant.After the completion of profile control and flooding,the comprehensive water cut of each well group decreased by 26.7%on average;The average daily oil increase of the well cluster was 0.491 t,the cumulative oil increase was 1474.92 t,the input-output ratio was 1:1.93,and the validity period was more than 8 months.The inorganic gel deep profile control and flooding technology can adjust the injection profile of injection wells,increase injection pressure and oil production and improve oil displacement effect.
