摘要
利用智能手机温度传感、智能温度测量统计App及相应的测温伴侣,测定有机物液体蒸发时体系温度随时间的变化率,比较甲醇、乙醇和丙醇分子之间;正丙醇和异丙醇分子之间;正丁醇和乙醚分子之间;甲酸、乙酸和丙酸分子之间作用力的大小。结果表明:利用智能手机温度传感比较有机物分子之间作用力大小是一种低成本、简单、便携的方法。可以将化学中宏观变化与微观性质相联系,让学生从宏观性质的变化推理出微观性质的联系,培养学生宏观辨识与微观探析以及证据推理和模型认知的核心素养。
Smart phone’s temperature sensor,smart temperature measurement statistics App and the corresponding temperature measuring companion were used to analyze and compare the molecular interaction force of isomers and homologues by measuring the change rate of the system temperature with time when organic liquid evaporates.The results show that using smartphone temperature sensor to compare the molecular interaction force is a low-cost,simple and portable method,which can connect the macroscopic change with the microscopic nature in chemistry,and can deduce the relation of the microscopic nature from the change of the macroscopic nature,so as to cultivate the core literacy of students’macroscopic identification and microscopic analysis,evidence reasoning and model cognition.
