摘要
结合深圳地铁12号线臣桃、桃洲区间矿山法隧道爆破施工工程案例,通过现场施工统计分析了爆破产生破坏的机理,爆破地振波的形成和特征,爆破现场开挖工艺,爆破现场监控措施等,结合工程实践,从城市地铁隧道爆破设计中炮眼布置、装药量、振速、周边爆破警戒等各种计算方法和管理措施及施工过程中的控制,阐述了城市地铁隧道爆破开挖、监控与振动控制技术要求。
Combining with the blasting construction project of Chengtao and Taozhou section of Shenzhen Metro Line 12,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the mechanism of blasting damage,formation and characteristics of ground vibration wave,excavation technology in blasting site,monitoring measures in blasting site.Combining with engineering practice,technical requirements for blasting excavation,monitoring and vibration control of urban subway tunnel are elaborated from blasting hole arrangement,charge quantity,vibration speed and surrounding blasting warning in blasting design of urban subway tunnel.
