摘要
深沟水库堆石混凝土重力坝施工,采用仓面堆石为主要材料,高流态自密性混凝土自流充填空隙,从而降低了水泥用量,减少了混凝土生产量、浇筑量;施工采用机械设备和人工配合对模板边石块及面层石块的处理,保证有一定数量块石棱角裸露,增强了层间结合力,工艺简单,有利于质量控制;大块石堆放增加了整体稳定性,体积收缩小,有较强的抗裂能力;?低水化热削除了温控措施,降低了施工难度,加快了工程施工,施工成本显著降低。
Rock-fill concrete gravity dam of Shengou Reservoir is constructed with silo rockfill as the main material.High flow self-tight concrete fills the voids by self-flow,which reduces the amount of cement used and the production and placement of concrete.The construction uses mechanical equipment and manual cooperation for the treatment of formwork stone edge and surface layer stone,which ensures that a certain number of stone edges and corners are exposed,enhances the interlayer bonding force,simplifies the process and is conducive to quality control.Large block stones increase overall stability,small volume shrinkage and strong crack resistance.In addition to temperature control measures,low hydration heat cutting reduces construction difficulty,accelerates project construction and significantly reduces construction cost.
