Construction Technology for Anchor Cable Treatment of Manual Pipe Jacking in Muddy Stratum

在广州市白云区环洲三路、金沙洲路污水管网品质提升工程地下污水管道敷设中,遇到与现状房屋原有基坑锚索冲突的问题。经前期调查及比选,通过对管道外侧地层预处理结合人工顶管顶进过程中对冲突锚索进行处理,最终将该管道安全顺利铺设完成,较好解决了复杂环境下管道实施遇锚索等障碍物的问题。

In the laying of underground sewage pipeline for the quality improvement project of sewage pipeline network of Huanzhou 3 Road and Jinshazhou Road in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City,there are problems that conflict with the original foundation pit anchor cables of the existing houses.After preliminary investigation and comparison,the conflicting anchor cables are disposed during the pre-treatment of strata on the outside of the pipeline and the jacking process of artificial pipe jacking,and finally the pipeline is laid safely and smoothly.It better solves the problem of pipeline implementation encountering obstacles such as anchor cables in complex environment.
