摘要
依托深圳市轨道交通地铁12号线臣田站原水管改迁顶管施工工程,为了解决城市片区周边构筑物密集、地下水位高、施工质量控制严格等问题,分析了顶管施工中顶进姿态影响因素,结合实际工程施工,从设备安装、后靠背施工、顶进姿态控制原则等方面详细阐述了城市片区大直径原水管顶管施工质量控制要点,全面介绍了顶管施工控制及纠偏技术的关键要点,实现了城市片区复杂环境顶管工程优质高效施工。
This paper relies on the pipe jacking construction project of the original water pipe of Chentian Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 12.In order to solve the problems of dense structures,high groundwater level and strict construction quality control around the urban area,the influencing factors of jacking posture during pipe jacking construction are analyzed.In combination with actual engineering construction,the quality control points of large diameter pipe jacking in urban area are elaborated in detail from the aspects of equipment installation,backrest construction and jacking attitude control principle.The key points of pipe jacking construction control and deviation rectification technology are comprehensively introduced,which realizes high quality and high efficiency construction of pipe jacking in complex environment in urban area..
