摘要
为有效加强地铁施工安全管理,不断创新安全管理的工作载体和方式方法,进一步提升安全管理科学化、信息化、规范化、精细化水平,督促全员切实落实安全生产主体责任,强化基层安全生产基础工作,延伸安全监管触角,实现群防群治,努力构建资源整合、全域覆盖、上下联动、齐抓共管的安全生产网格化管理体系,有效防止生产安全事故发生。
In order to effectively strengthen the safety management of subway construction,the work carrier and methods of safety management should be innovated continuously to further improve the scientific,informational,standardized and fine level of safety management.At the same time,we should urge the whole staff to implement the main responsibility of safety in production and strengthen the basic work of safety in production at the basic level.It can extend the safety supervision antenna and realize group prevention and group management.We should strive to build a resource integration,full coverage,up-down linkage and joint management grid management system for safety in production to effectively prevent production safety accidents.
