机械合金化参数对Ag/LaSrCuO_(4)电接触材料性能的影响

摘要 以溶胶凝胶合成的LaSrCuO_(4)粉体、化学银粉为原料,调控不同的机械合金化工艺参数制备了系列Ag/LaSrCuO_(4)复合粉体,同时结合初压-初烧-热压-复烧工艺制备了相应的Ag/LaSrCuO_(4)电接触材料。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、金属电导率仪、维氏硬度计等对Ag/LaSrCuO_(4)材料的金相组织、物相结构与物理性能进行了表征。结果表明:当球磨转速300 rpm,球料比3∶1时,经热压-复烧工艺处理后的Ag/LaSrCuO_(4)材料表现出最佳的物理性能,相应的电阻率为2.58μΩ·cm,维氏硬度为76.1 HV0.5,密度为8.88 g/cm^(3)。 With LaSrCuO_(4) powder prepared by sol-gel method and chemical silver powder as resources,Ag/LaSrCuO_(4) composite powders were synthesized by regulating mechanical alloying process,and then Ag/LaSrCuO_(4) electrical contact materials were fabricated by combining pressing-sintering,hot pressing and re-sintering.X-ray Diffractometry(XRD),optical microscopy(OM),metal conductivity meter and Vickers hardness tester were used to characterize the microstructure,phase structure and physical performance of Ag/LaSrCuO_(4) electrical contact materials.The results show that with the ball milling speed of 300 rpm and ball to powder weight ratio equal to 3∶1,the optimal performance of Ag/LaSrCuO_(4) electrical contacts with the resistivity of 2.58 mΩ·cm and hardness of 76.1 HV0.5 and density of 8.88 g/cm^(3) were achieved.
