摘要
设计建造以有机工质为能量传输介质的低温循环发电系统。通过实验系统对R114、R123、R245fa等有机工质进行热力性能分析,可获得它们的输出功率、热效率、损失和效率变化曲线。实验结果表明有机工质R245fa不仅热效率、净输出功率高,分别为11.81%和7261 kw,而且它的冷凝温度为306.33 K,便于冷却操作,因此该有机工质是低温发电系统的良好能量传输介质。以有机工质R245fa为研究对象,求解出工质流量和汽轮机背压与工质特性之间的关系曲线,实验结果表明该工质具有巨大的开发价值。
The low temperature cycle power generation system with organic working medium as energy transmission medium was designed and constructed.The output power,thermal efficiency,exergy loss and exergy efficiency curves of R114,R123,R245fa and other organic refrigerants were obtained by analyzing their thermal performance.The experimental results show that R245fa not only has high thermal efficiency and net output power,which are 11.81%and 7261 kw respectively,but also has a condensation temperature of 306.33k,which is convenient for cooling operation.Therefore,R245fa is a good energy transfer medium for low temperature power generation system.Taking organic working fluid R245fa as the research object,the relationship curves between working fluid flow rate,turbine back pressure and working fluid characteristics are obtained.The experimental results show that the working fluid has great development value.
