The education management of ethnic minority students is an important part of students'work in medical colleges and universities.In order to enhance the learning consciousness of ethnic minority students,promote the all-round development of ethnic minority students and improve the quality of talent training in universities,this paper-explored the targeted strategies for the academic development of ethnic minority students in medical colleges and universities,based on the analysis of the problems existing in the academic development of ethnic minority students.
