医学高校专硕团队合作能力及对其职业倦怠的影响

Investigation and Analysis of Teamwork Situation of Professional Master Students in a Medical University and Its Influence on Job Burnout

摘要 目的调查首都医科大学直/附属的四家医院在读专业学位硕士研究生(简称专硕)的团队合作及职业倦怠现状,分析不同因素对团队合作、职业倦怠的影响及两者之间的关系。方法2019年2—4月间采用简单随机抽样法抽取234名首都医科大学直/附属医院专硕研究生,使用团队合作态度量表、认知量表及马斯勒职业倦怠量表进行调查和分析。结果团队合作态度量表和认知量表总分均得分率分别为88.56%、90.78%,学生在团队合作态度量表的相互支持维度和认知量表的情境监控维度均分得分率最低,分别为75.23%、89.83%,表明受调查学生在团队建设方面尚存在不足。团队合作态度和认知量表呈正相关,可作出回归方程,模型对数据的拟合度为52.10%。77.66%的受调查学生存在职业倦怠,已取得执医证书组和学生干部组的个人无效感较低。职业倦怠量表的3个维度与团队合作及认知量表的5个维度之间存在相关关系,可作出各维度间的回归方程,模型对数据的拟合度在1.70%~8.50%之间。结论该院校专硕研究生在团队建设方面尚存不足,有轻到中度的职业倦怠,相关分析提示可以通过提高团队合作能力来减轻职业倦怠。 Objective To investigate the current situation of team work and job burnout among professional master degree students(professional masters)in four hospitals affiliated to the Capital Medical University,and to analyze the influence of different factors on team work and job burnout and the relationship between them.Methods From February to April 2019,234 medical graduate students from four hospitals directly or indirectly affiliated to the Capital Medical University were selected by simple random sampling method.Sampling survey and statistical analysis were carried out by using the team cooperation attitude/cognition scale and Masler Burnout Inventory.Results The total score rates of teamwork attitude/cognition questionnaire were 88.56%and 90.78%respectively.The average score rates of students in the dimension of mutual support of teamwork attitude questionnaire and the dimension of situational monitoring of cognition questionnaire were the lowest,which were 75.23%and 89.83%respectively,indicating that the investigated students still had deficiencies in team building.There was a positive correlation between teamwork attitude and cognitive questionnaire,and a regression equation could be established.The fitting degree of the model to the data was 52.10%.77.66%of the surveyed students had job burnout,and the students who had obtained medical certificate and student cadre group had a lower sense of personal invalidity.There was a correlation between the three dimensions of burnout inventory and the five dimensions of the team cooperation/cognition inventory,and regression equation could be made between each dimension.The fitting degree of the model to the data was among 1.70%and 8.50%.Conclusion In this study,the investigated students still had deficiencies in team building and had mild to moderate job burnout,which could be alleviated by improving teamwork ability,according to the correlation analysis.
