口腔医学研究生科研创新能力培养探讨

Study on Cultivation of Research and Innovation Ability of Postgraduates in Stomatology

随着现代口腔医学的快速发展,培养研究生的科研创新能力已成为我国高层次口腔医学人才教育的重要内容,它直接关系到我国口腔医学高端专业人才的培养质量和我国口腔医学的发展高度。针对我国口腔医学研究生科研创新能力培养中对研究生科研培养重视不够、缺少学科交叉融合、研究生创新意识薄弱和科研基本能力欠缺等问题进行了分析,并针对这些问题探讨了提高口腔医学研究生科研创新能力的方法和途径。

With the rapid development of modern stomatology,cultivating research and innovation ability of postgraduates has become a critical part of education for high-level stomatology talents in China,which is closely linked to the education quality of advanced stomatology professionals and development levels of stomatology in China.Herein,we analyzed the major problems in the cultivation of research and innovation ability of postgraduates in stomatology,including insufficient attention on cultivating research and innovation ability of postgraduates,lack of interdisciplinary integration,weak sense of innovation and low research ability in postgraduates,and discussed the methods and pathways to improve the research and innovation ability of postgraduates in stomatology.
