冠心病患者介入术后五年社会支持状况及影响因素研究

Social Support and Its Influencing Factors for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for 5 Years

目的探讨冠心病患者介入术后五年社会支持状况及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和社会支持量表(Social Support Rating Scale,SSRS),于2017年5—6月,对228名介入术后五年的冠心病患者进行调查研究,采用多元线性回归法分析社会支持的影响因素。结果冠心病患者介入术后五年社会支持得分为(42.04±6.44)分,客观支持(9.36±2.20)分,主观支持(24.43±4.14)分,对支持的利用度得分(8.25±2.47)分。年龄、婚姻情况、性别进入社会支持的多元线性回归方程,共解释27.3%的变异量。结论冠心病患者介入术后五年社会支持处于中等水平,年龄、婚姻情况、性别影响患者介入术后五年的社会支持状况,应强化丧偶、离异或未婚者的社会支持网络,着重提高高龄男性的社会支持水平。

Objective To investigate the status of social support and its influencing factors of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for 5 years.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted with the general information questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)among 228 patients with CHD who underwent PCI 5 years ago.The influencing factors of social support were analyzed with the multiple linear regression analysis.Results The average scores of social support,objective support,subjective support,and degree of social utilization were(42.04±6.44),(9.36±2.20),(24.43±4.14),and(8.25±2.47).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,marital status,and gender affected patients'social support scores,and explained the total variance of 27.3%.Conclusion The social support of patients with CHD after PCI for 5 years is at a medium level.The influencing factors of social support are age,marital status,and gender.The social support network of widowed,divorced or unmarried patients should be strengthened,and more attention should be paid to the social support of elderly men.
