摘要
目的了解护理人员在应对突发公共卫生事件时的工作状况和职业倦怠情况,并提出相关建设策略和建议。方法于2020年2—3月对武汉市同济医院1440名疫情应对一线护理人员进行问卷调查,内容包括个人基本情况、工作状况和职业倦怠情况。结果39.7%的护士认为自己工作中承受着压力,64.4%的护士表示对目前的工作满意,护理人员在面对突发公共卫生事件开展工作时并未产生明显的倦怠感。个人基本因素、工作满意度和工作压力等均可能影响员工的职业倦怠感受,医患关系是情感维持和个性化的关键影响因素,工作满意度是个人成就的关键影响因素。结论医院应该进一步完善应急保障制度,做好防护保障和文化宣传工作,同时加强专业心理疏导和专业指导工作,社会各界应积极构建良好的医患关系,切实保证护理人员的身心健康。
Objective To understand the work situation and job burnout of nurses in public health emergencies.Methods 1440 nurses in Wuhan Tongji Hospital were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire which including personal basics status,work situation and job burnout during February to March,2020.Results 39.7%interviewers were under pressure at work,and 64.4%expressed satisfaction with the current work.Meanwhile,there did not show significant signs of burnout among nurses joined in COVID-19 prevention and control.Further analysis found that some basic personal factors,job satisfaction and stress might affect one's burnout score.Doctor-patient relationship was a key factor in emotional maintenance and personalization,while job satisfaction was a key factor in personal achievement.Conclusion Hospitals should improve the emergency protection system,especially strengthen the protection of nursing staff,strengthen professional psychological counseling and professional guidance,at the same time,all the society should actively build a good doctor-patient relationship,which can effectively ensure the physical and mental health of nursing staffs.
