沙棘籽多酚超声耦合真空提取工艺的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以沙棘籽多酚得率为指标,通过超声波耦合真空提取法确定沙棘籽多酚的最佳提取工艺。采用单因素和响应面设计相结合的方法,以液固比、超声温度、功率、提取时间为考察因素,优化沙棘籽多酚提取工艺。结果表明,超声耦合真空法提取沙棘籽多酚的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率260 W,液固比20∶1,超声时间30 min,超声温度52℃,在此条件下多酚得率为(11.394±0.083)%。经验证,与模型预测值(11.422%)相比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。运用超声波耦合真空法提取沙棘籽多酚稳定可靠,节能省时,具有实用价值,可用于工业化大规模生产。 In the present study,the optimum extraction process of polyphenols from Hippophaerhamnoides seeds was determined by means of ultrasonic coupled vacuum extraction,with the yield of polyphenols as the index.The extractionprocess of polyphenols from Hippophaerhamnoides seeds was optimized by using the method of single factor experimental design and response surface methodology involving four independent variables such as the solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic temperature,power and extraction time at three different levels.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of polyphenols from Hippophaerhamnoides seeds by ultrasonic coupled vacuum method were detailed:ultrasonic power 260 W,liquid-solid ratio 20∶1,ultrasonic time 30 min,ultrasonic temperature 52℃,and the yield of polyphenols under these conditions was(11.394±0.083)%.It was verified that no significant difference was found between this result and the predicted value of the theoretical model(11.422%)(P>0.05).In this regard,the extraction of polyphenols from Hippophaerhamnoides seeds by ultrasonic coupled vacuum method was stable and reliable,with low energy consumption and less time.Hence,the practical value in this paper could be used in industrial process for large scale production.
