摘要 本文针对我国高职院校“双师型”团队建设中存在的教师队伍缺少实践性,教师团队结构缺乏合理性及教师培养过程缺少延续性等问题,结合“双高计划”背景需求,提出通过加深教师团队实践,完善教师团队结构及统筹教师团队培养等措施,来建设高水平的“双师型”教师团队。 Based on the problems in the construction of double-qualified teaching teams in vocational colleges such as the lack of practicality in teaching teams,the lack of rationality in the structure of teaching teams and the lack of continuity in teachers'training,in combination with the background of the“double high-level plan”,this paper puts forward relevant measures like deepening the practice,perfecting the structure and planning the training of teaching teams,to build high-level“double-qualified”teaching teams.
