公立中医医院参与医养结合的意愿及影响因素调查研究

Surveyingthe Willingness and Influencing Factors of Public Chinese Medicine Hospitals’Participating in Combination of Medical Treatment and Endowment

目的:通过分析公立中医医院参与医养结合的意愿及影响因素,为促进公立中医医院参与医养结合提供参考。方法:2019年10月,对全国65名公立中医医院院长和160名科主任进行问卷调查,运用描述性分析、卡方检验、有序Logistic回归分析等统计学方法对公立中医医院参与医养结合的意愿及影响因素进行分析。结果:管理人员的学历和职务对公立中医医院参与医养结合的意愿有显著影响(P<0.05),在控制其他因素的情况下,管理人员学历越高,公立中医医院参与意愿越强;管理人员职务越高,公立中医医院参与意愿越强。公立中医医院参与医养结合的影响因素平均分为(4.06±0.86),其中外部制约因素(4.70±0.46)、管理人员政策认知因素(3.88±0.89)、成本效益因素(3.61±1.23)。结论:从宏观到微观:健全公立中医医院参与医养结合的政策体系,从分离到融合:营造公立中医医院参与医养结合的良好环境,从独立到合作:创新公立中医医院参与医养结合的服务模式,是促进公立中医医院参与医养结合的有效途径。

Objective To analyze the willingness and influencing factors of public Chinese medicine hospitals’participating in combination of medical treatment and endowment,and provide references for promoting it.Methods 65 deans of public Chinese medicine hospital and 160 directors were surveyed with questionnaire in October 2019.Data was analyzed with descriptive analysis,chi-square test and ordered logistic regression analysis method.Results The educational background and position of managers had a significantly positive impact on the willingness of public Chinese medicine hospitals to participate in combination of medical treatment and endowment(P<0.05).The average score of the influencing factors of public Chinese medicine hospitals participating in combination of medical treatment and endowment was(4.06±0.86),including external constraints(4.70±0.46),managerial policy perception factors(3.88±0.89),and cost-effectiveness factors(3.61±1.23).Conclusion It is suggested to improve the policy system,create a good environment and innovate the service mode of public Chinese medicine hospital participation,which are the effective ways to promote public Chinese medicine hospital to participate in combination of medical treatment and endowment.
