患儿父母或照料者就医行为决策的行为经济学研究

A Behavioral Economics Study on the Medical Seeking Behaviors among The Parents or Caregivers of Sick Children

目的:分析儿童患病时,父母或照料者的就医行为决策及带来的影响。方法:以行为经济学理论为基础,分析患儿家长心理变化及行为偏差。结果:儿童患病时,父母及照料者往往较早的选择大型医院中较高水平医师就诊,而且扩大了医疗服务价格的心理接受范围,这样的行为虽然保证了儿童及时获得治疗,但也促使了医患矛盾的加剧以及医疗卫生资源分配问题的产生。结论:儿童患病时,引导父母或照料者根据病情采取适宜合理的就医行为,促进儿科医疗服务健康发展。

Objective To analyze the influence of parents’or caregivers’decision-making on medical treatment on children falling ill.Methods Based on the theory of behavioral economics,the psychological changes and behavioral deviation of parents were analyzed.Results The parents and caregivers of sick children tend to choose high-level doctors in general hospitals earlier,and expand their psychological acceptance range of medical service prices.Although this behavior ensures medical treatment for children in time,it will cause the contradiction between doctors and patients and the problem of medical and health resources distribution.Conclusion It is necessary to guide the parents or caregivers of sick children to take appropriate and reasonable medical behavior according to the condition of children,and promote the healthy development of pediatric medical service.Author’s address Center for Health Management and Policy,Shandong University,Jinan,P.R.China.
