摘要
目的:研究2013-2019年山东省卫生资源空间分布特征及其相关性,为山东省卫生资源优化配置提供有益借鉴。方法:运用地理信息系统分析山东省卫生资源空间分布状况,运用ArcMap 10.5软件对2013-2019年山东省卫生资源配置进行全局空间自相关、局部空间自相关分析。结果:当前山东省卫生人力、物力、财力资源配置东、中部地区明显高于其他地区,且西部地区最低;年均增速西部地区最高;卫生财力资源年均增长速度整体分布呈空间正相关性,卫生人力、物力资源无全局空间相关性,但均存在局部自相关。结论:山东省县域卫生资源配置空间分布存在地域差异且部分地区内部卫生资源发展结构失调;卫生资源发展存在空间自相关,且与经济发展水平和卫生政策倾斜明显相关;政府应采取区域联动、资源倾斜等措施促进经济弱势地区发展,继续加大对西部地区的卫生资源投入;各地应制订与本地区相宜的卫生政策,促进卫生资源配置公平。
Objective To study the spatial distribution characteristics and correlation of health resources in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2019,and provide useful reference for the optimal allocation of health resources in Shandong Province.Methods Geographic information system was used to analyze the spatial distribution of health resources in Shandong Province.Arc Map 10.5 was used to analyze the global spatial auto-correlation and local spatial auto-correlation of health resources in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2019.Results The distribution of health human,material resources and financial resources in the east and middle of Shandong Province was obviously higher than that in other regions,and the western region was the lowest.The average annual growth rate was highest in the western region.The overall distribution of annual growth rate of health financial resources showed a positive spatial correlation,while that of health human and material resources had no global spatial correlation,only had local auto-correlation.Conclusion There were regional differences in the spatial distribution of county health resources in Shandong Province,and the development structure of health resources in some regions was unbalanced.The development of health resources was spatially auto-correlated with the level of economic development and the inclination of health policies.The government should adopt regional linkage,resource support and other measures to promote the development of economically disadvantaged areas and continue to increase the input of health resources in western China.All regions should formulate appropriate health policies to promote the equitable allocation of health resources.
