基于CiteSpace的国内DRGs研究演化及可视化分析

Researches on the Evolution and Visualization of DRGs in China Based on CiteSpace

目的:探析国内DRGs研究现状、热点及演化趋势,为DRGs研究提供借鉴,助力医疗费用的控制。方法:运用CiteSpace5.7.R3,统计分析1994-2020年间中国知网(CNKI)中北大核心和CSSCI期刊的596篇有效文献的时序分布、期刊来源、高频关键词、突现词等,并绘制知识图谱。结果:年发文量持续攀升,文献发表于75家期刊,住院费用、按病种付费和病例组合三个关键词频次最高。研究历经基础理论、实践探索、实践应用三个研究阶段,聚焦于数据基础、费用管理和医保支付三大主题;高校层面多进行理论探索,而医疗机构层面倾向于应用探讨。结论:研究关注度不断上升,研究内容逐步深入,病例精准分组、确定临床路径、完善实施路径等DRGs应用节点难题的解决将成为持续关注的热点。

Objective To explore the status,hotspot and evolutionary trends of DRGs research in China,and provide a reference for DRGs research and medical expense control.Methods Based on CiteSpace5.7.R3,visualization analysis was conducted on the temporal distribution,journal sources,high-frequency keywords,and emergent words of 596 valid articles published in CNKI core and CSSCI journals from 1994 to 2020,and the knowledge maps were drawn.Results The annual number of articles kept rising.The literature was published in 75 journals,in which three keywords with the highest frequency were hospitalization expenses,disease-based payment and case mix.The researches had three stages of basic theory,practical exploration and practical application,and focused on three subjects of data foundation,cost management and medical insurance payment.Colleges and universities mostly conducted theoretical exploration,while medical institutions tended to application discussion.Conclusion Researches’attention kept rising and gradually deepening.The solution of DRGs application node problems such as accurate grouping of cases,determination of clinical pathways,and improvement of implementation pathways will become a hot topic of continuous attention.
