临床药学干预对降低普通外科抗菌药物使用强度的效果评价

Effect analysis of clinical pharmaceutical intervention on reducing the use density of antibiotics in general surgery

目的探讨临床药学干预前后普通外科住院患者抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)的变化,为促进抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对比临床药学干预前(2020年1~6月)和干预后(2020年7~12月)普通外科住院患者抗菌药物使用数据及抗菌药物不合理用药的变化情况。结果干预后,普通外科AUD、人均抗菌药物费用和抗菌药物不合理使用情况均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床药学干预可有效降低AUD和抗菌药物费用,提高了抗菌药物在普通外科的合理使用。

Objective To explore the changes of antibiotic use density(AUD)in general surgical inpatients before and after clinical pharmaceutical in-tervention,so as to provide reference for promoting the rational use of antibiotics.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to compare the data of antibiotic use and irrational use of antibiotics in general surgery inpatients of our hospital before clinical pharmaceutical intervention(January to June 2020)and after intervention(July to December 2020).Results After the intervention,the use density,the cost and irrational use of antibacterial drugs in general surgery were all lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical pharmaceutical intervention can effectively reduce the use intensity and the cost of antibacterial drugs and improve the rational application of antibacterial drugs in general surgery.
