医护人员对临床药师工作认知情况调查研究

Cross-sectional survey on cognition with clinical pharmacist services in doctors and nurses

目的评估医护人员对临床药师工作认知情况,探寻开展临床药师工作的有效路径。方法设计临床药师工作调查问卷,向全院医护人员发放,选用GraphPad 8.3软件进行数据分析。结果医护人员对临床药师工作满意度超过90%,主动咨询临床药师、接受临床药师建议与采纳临床药师用药方案比例超过90%。但医师对临床药师的医学知识熟悉程度、科室临床药师能否胜任工作与科室需要临床药师比例显著低于护士(P<0.05),且比例低于90%。医护人员对临床药师开展的用药咨询,处方审核/点评、用药监测等传统工作内容认知度超过90%。医护人员对临床药师具备扎实的药学知识、良好的医学知识等工作能力需求较高(>90%)。护士对临床药师的指导临床合理用药、药品正确储存与使用、药品不良反应跟踪处理等护理工作相关临床药学需求显著高于医师(P<0.05)。医护人员对临床药师降低用药差错、降低医疗风险等工作成效认知度超过>90%,且差异无统计学意义。但医师对临床药师减少医患纠纷、提高医疗水平、减少临床工作量等工作成效认知度明显低于护士(P<0.05)。结论医护人员虽对临床药师工作认知度较高,但护士普遍高于医师,且医护人员对临床药师药学需求与工作成效认知有所不同。

Objective To assess the cognition with clinical pharmacist services in doctors and nurses,and explore the efficient pathway of launching clinical pharmacist services.Methods Questionnaire for clinical pharmacist services was designed and distributed via office automation system.Data were collected and handled with GraphPad 8.3 software.Results Doctors and nurses showed more than 90%satisfaction with clinical pharmacist works.Also,more than 90%doctors and nurses were willing to counsel with clinical pharmacist,and accept clinical pharmacist medication advice and scheme.However,agreement proportion of doctors was lower than that of nurses in mastering of clinical knowledge,qualification of position and department demand of clinical pharmacist(P<0.05).More than 90%doctors and nurses needed traditional works as medication consultation,prescription audit and analyses,drug monitoring.More than 90%doctors and nurses considered similarly clinical pharmacist should have excellent medical and clinical knowledge.Agreement proportion of nurses were higher than that of doctors in clinical pharmacists’skills such as instruction of rational medication,correct storage and usage of drugs,management of adverse drug reactions(P<0.05).More than 90%doctors and nurses agreed that clinical pharmacist played a key role in decreasing medication errors and medical risks.Agreement proportion of doctors were lower than that of nurses in achievements such as decreasing doctor-patient dispute and clinical workload,elevating clinical level(P<0.05).Conclusion Although doctors and nurses showed major agreements with clinical pharmacist services,nurses were more than doctors in many aspects,and they had minor different demands and work achievements of clinical pharmacist services.
