基于NSGA-Ⅲ算法的多目标柔性作业车间调度问题研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对柔性多目标调度问题,考虑机器加工速度对调度结果的影响,构建了以最大完工时间最小、设备总能耗和设备总负荷为优化目标的柔性作业车间节能调度模型。使用了一种具有寻优能力更强的非支配排序遗传算法Ⅲ(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅲ,NSGA-Ⅲ)求解该调度问题。NSGA-Ⅲ通过预先生成一组均匀的参考点,参考点的小生境数依据其与个体的距离,然后选择出同一支配等级的个体。在该模型中每台机器都有多档加工速度可供选择。最后,选择15个标准算例验证NSGA-Ⅲ求解性能,选择5个标准算例进行仿真并与传统的NSGA-Ⅱ算法做比较,结果表明NSGA-Ⅲ算法更具有优越性。
