摘要
增值评价是在理念上对结果评价的一种超越。它着眼于学校或学生的实际发展变化,强调被评价对象在其发展过程中的真实获得。须充分利用当前教育改革的政策转换时期,推进增值评价进入实践环节,坚持以"增量"和"获得"为价值导向,不断提升评价的科学性,完善增值评价和结果评价双向驱动的模式,让过程性评价更好地发挥其鉴定和诊断的功能,综合评价学校或教师的绩效。
Value-added evaluation is a kind of transcendence in the concept of outcome evaluation. It focuses on the actual development and changes of the school or students, and emphasizes the true acquisition of the evaluated object in its development process. It is necessary to make full use of the current policy transition period of education reform, promote value-added evaluation into practice, adhere to the value orientation of“increment”and“acquisition”, continuously improve the scientific nature of evaluation, and improve the two-way driving model of value-added evaluation and outcome evaluation, so as to make process evaluation better exerts its identification and diagnosis functions, and comprehensively evaluates the performance of the school or teachers.
