摘要 以专业课为载体,将思政教育融入课堂教学中,对于培养"德才兼备"的高素质人才,实现"以课育人"的教育战略目标具有重要意义。该文以国际金融课程为例,探索了应用型本科院校课程思政建设可从教师队伍建设、渗透思政元素的课程建设两方面进行融合。教师队伍建设可从增强思政教育意识、提高思政教育能力两方面着手培养教师的育人能力;思政元素的课程建设主要是将思政元素融入教学目标、教学内容及考核评价方案。两个方面的融合可通过线上线下混合式教学来实施,引导学生形成正确的社会主义核心价值观,培养学生良好的职业素养,提升育人成效。 Taking specialized courses as the carrier, integrating ideological and political education into classroom teaching is of great significance for cultivating high-quality talents with both moral integrity and ability, and realizing the educational strategic goal of “educating students through courses”. Taking the course of “International Finance”as an example, this paper explores that the course-based ideological and political construction of application-oriented undergraduate universities can be integrated from two aspects: the construction of teaching staff and the course construction with ideological and political elements. In teaching staff construction, teachers’ ability to educate students can be cultivated from strengthening the consciousness of ideological and political education and improving the ability of ideological and political education.?The course construction with ideological and political elements is mainly to integrate ideological and political elements into teaching objectives, teaching contents and assessment schemes. The integration of the two aspects can be implemented through online and offline blended teaching, so as to guide students to form socialist core values and cultivate their good professional qualities, thus achieving educational results.
