柴油机颗粒物微观结构特征实验教学平台开发及教学应用研究

摘要 柴油机颗粒物排放控制是"动力机械原理""动力装置噪声及排放控制"等课程教学的重点内容之一,为了满足这些课程在实验教学环节的需求,在已有柴油机试验台架的基础上设计了柴油机颗粒物微观结构特征实验教学平台。该平台主要由应用实验装置进行颗粒物采集和离线测试与分析两部分组成,能够通过颗粒物采集、微观图像观测和微观结构参数提取完成不同柴油机运行工况下,颗粒物微观结构特征的测试和分析。实际应用结果表明,平台能够完全满足柴油机颗粒物微观结构测试的目标,基于该平台开展柴油机颗粒物微观结构特征测试实验,不仅能够促进理论教学和实践教学的有机结合,而且也能够完善学生的知识体系。 Particulate emission control of diesel engine is one of the key contents of teaching courses such as “Principle of Power Machinery”and“Noise and Emission Control of Power Machinery”. In order to meet the needs of these courses in experimental teaching, an experimental teaching platform for nanostructure characteristics of diesel particulate matter is designed on the basis of existing diesel engine test bench. This platform is mainly composed of two parts: particle collection using experimental setup and off-line test and analysis. It can complete the test and analysis of particle nanostructure characteristics under different operating conditions of diesel engine through particle collection,micro-image observation and nanostructure parameter extraction.The practical application results show that the experimental platform can fully meet the objective of diesel particulate nanostructure test. Based on this platform, the test experiment on the nanostructure characteristics of diesel particulate matter not only can promote the organic combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, but also can improve students’ knowledge system.
