普惠性幼儿园教育质量保障政府管治现状考察——以重庆市酉阳县为例 被引量:1

摘要 通过文本分析和访谈考察,探析酉阳县普惠性幼儿园政府管治的现状。研究发现,政府管治目标过于笼统、抽象;在管治内容上,存在过度重视条件质量、教师培训效果不佳、财政投入少的问题;在管治结构上,存在政府管治角色错位、权责不明,幼儿园办学自主性缺失等问题。该文从政府管治目标、内容和结构的完善与优化层面提出了对策和建议。 Through the methods of text analysis and interview investigation, this paper analyzes the current situation of government governance of inclusive kindergartens in Youyang County of Chongqing City, and finds that the government governance goals are too general and abstract. In the governance content, there are problems such as excessive emphasis on the quality of conditions,poor teacher training results, and low financial investment. In the governance structure, there are problems such as the role dislocation of government governance, unclear rights and responsibilities, lack of independence of kindergartens. Then it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the perfection and optimization of government governance objectives, contents and structure.
