复方聚乙二醇电解质散实际服药速度对肠道准备实施的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价复方聚乙二醇电解质散实际服药速度对门诊结肠镜患者肠道准备实施的影响。方法在我市2所三级教学医院(江苏大学附属人民医院、江苏大学附属第四人民医院)的消化内镜中心收集2021年1月~6月门诊结肠镜检查患者的人口统计学及临床资料。应用倾向值评分匹配法将影响肠道准备质量的因素进行匹配。在此基础上进行不同服药速度(<30 min、30~60 min、60~90 min、90~120 min、≥120 min)5组间影响因素的差异分析。在满足基线可比后,对比不同服药速度5组间肠道准备质量、排便规律以及息肉检出的差异。结果共纳入402例患者,经匹配后新生成119对样本数据,经检验证实影响因素已消除,且不同服药速度5组间基础资料无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对不同服药速度5组间肠道准备质量、排便规律以及息肉检出率行卡方检验,发现肠道准备充分与否和右结肠评分充分与否,组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。进一步行两两比较的卡方检验发现,服药速度为30~60 min时,肠道准备充分的比例显著优于60~90 min、≥120 min组(均P<0.005)。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散在30~60 min以内完成服药,肠道准备更充分,更能满足结肠镜检查要求。 Objective To evaluate the effect of the actual taking speed of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on bowel preparation in outpatient colonoscopy patients.Methods The demographic and clinical data of outpatient colonoscopy patients from January to June 2021 were collected in the digestive endoscopy center of two tertiary teaching hospitals(the Affiliated People′s Hospital of Jiangsu University and the Fourth People′s Hospital of Jiangsu University)in our city.The propensity value score matching method is used to match the factors that affect the quality of bowel preparation.On this basis,the difference analysis of the influencing factors among the 5 groups of different medication speeds(<30 min,30~60 min,60~90 min,90~120 min,≥120 min)was carried out.After meeting the baseline comparability,the differences in the quality of bowel preparation,defecation regularity,and polyp detection among the 5 groups with different medication speeds were compared.Results A total of 402 patients were included.After matching,119 pairs of sample data were newly generated.The test confirmed that the influencing factors had been eliminated,and there was no statistical difference in basic data between the 5 groups with different medication speeds(P>0.05).Chi-square test was performed on the intestinal preparation quality,defecation regularity,and polyp detection rate among the 5 groups with different medication speeds,and it was found that whether the bowel preparation is adequate and the right colon score is adequate,there are statistical differences between the groups(P<0.05).A further chi-square test of pairwise comparison found that when the medication speed was 30~60 min,the proportion of adequate bowel preparation was significantly better than that of the 60~90 min and≥120 min group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.005).Conclusion The compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can be taken within 30~60 min,and the bowel preparation is more adequate,which can better meet the requirements of colonoscopy.
