摘要
高校与农村基层组织开展结对共建,是高校开展党建扶贫、落实精准帮扶举措的重要工作途径。校村结对共建既可以使高校的优势教育资源助力农村脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴,又能使共建双方实现发展共赢。但在实践中,校村结对共建普遍存在过程不持续、帮扶不深入、形式较单一等问题。为解决这些问题,文章根据北京科技大学定点帮扶甘肃省秦安县的工作经验,提出"全员式、赋能式、协作式、共享式"的党建帮扶模式。
To carry out co-work of Party building with the impoverished villages is an important way for colleges to implement targeted measures of poverty alleviation. By doing this, colleges can not only help to promote rural development and construction,but also promote self-development. However, problems exist in practice. For example, the ways of such support are not lasting and in depth, and the form is relatively simple and so on. Based on the work experience of the University of Science and Technology Beijing which has implemented poverty alleviation in Qin’an,Gansu Province since 2012, this paper suggests an"all-staff-involved, competency-oriented, collaborative and shared"mode of college-village Party building.
