地方高校二级学院本科教学质量提高途径探索

Exploration of Ways to Improve Undergraduate Teaching Quality in Secondary Colleges of Local Universities

为提高本科教学质量,打造"金课",须将以教为中心的教学转变为以学为中心的教学。高校二级学院应根据学院自身资源,通过开展青年教师培养、搭建教师交流学习平台和构建教学监控体系,充分调动教师的积极性和主动性,不断改进教师的教学方式、增强教师的教学素养,进一步梳理培养方案中各课程的教学内容,优化教学设计,切实提高教学质量。

In order to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching and create"golden courses",transform the focus of teaching process from"teaching"to"learning",the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers were aroused by developing young teachers,building a platform for teachers’exchange and learning,and building a teaching monitoring system in secondary colleges,so as to continuously improve teachers’teaching methods and teaching quality,optimize teaching design,and further summarize the teaching content of various courses in the training program,thus effectively improving teaching quality.
