乡村教师职业情怀:现状、问题及对策研究——以江苏省淮安市为例 被引量:1

摘要 在脱贫攻坚取得胜利后,乡村教育问题更加引人注目,而教师作为乡村教育的中坚力量,其对职业的认同感及教育情怀是影响乡村教育的关键因素。基于对淮安市数百名乡村中小学教师的采访和问卷调查,发现样本区乡村教师的职业情怀在不同方面存在差异:职业责任感处于高水平,职业创新感中等偏高,职业使命感中等偏低,职业热爱感和职业自信感较低,乡村教师的职业情怀状况有待改进。文章通过对乡村教师职业情怀现状进行分析,探索相关影响因素,提出解决对策意见。 After the victory of poverty alleviation, the problem of rural education has become more noticeable. Teachers, as the backbone of rural education, their professional identity and educational feelings are the key factors affecting rural education.Based on interviews and questionnaire surveys with hundreds of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Huai’an City, it is found that the professional feelings of rural teachers in the sample area are different in different aspects. The sense of professional responsibility is at a high level, the sense of professional innovation is moderately high, the sense of professional mission is moderately low, and the level of professional love and professional self-confidence is low. The professional feelings of rural teachers need to be improved. The research will analyze the status quo of rural teachers’ professional feelings, explore relevant influencing factors, and propose solutions.
