新时代大学生志愿服务助力乡村振兴可持续发展研究

Research on College Students’ Volunteer Service to Promote the Sustainable Development of Rural Revitalization in the New Era

在脱贫攻坚取得胜利、全面推进乡村振兴的新时代背景下,乡村振兴要实现农业产业化和现代化,需要"懂农业、爱农村、爱农民"人才队伍的支撑,乡村振兴战略为大学生提供了施展才华和服务贡献的实践舞台,志愿服务基层赋予了大学生新时代的人生价值和社会价值,具有重要的意义。大学生志愿服务如何发挥实效并健康可持续发展,决定了大学生就业创业和乡村振兴建设。该文立足于大学生志愿服务现状,结合学生、高校、社会、政府四方面,提出了大学生志愿服务助力乡村振兴的可持续发展策略。

In the new era of overcoming poverty and promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way, in order to realize the industrialization and modernization of agriculture, rural revitalization needs the support of talent team"understanding agriculture,loving rural areas and loving farmers". The strategy of rural revitalization provides a practical stage for college students to develop their talents and contribute to service. Volunteer service at the grass-roots level gives college students the life value and social value of the new era, which is of great significance. How to give full play to the effectiveness of college students’ volunteer service, and its healthy and sustainable development determine the employment and entrepreneurship of college students and the construction of rural revitalization. Based on the current situation of college students’ volunteer service, this paper puts forward the sustainable development strategy of college students’ volunteer service to help rural revitalization combined with students, colleges and universities, society and government.
