摘要 党的十九大以来,国家强调教育强国,促进教育公平。积极响应国家号召,"互联网+教育"文化扶贫模式将传统的线下支教模式与互联网相结合,构建以大学生为教师主体,以线上授课为主、以线下实地调研为辅的扶贫模式。从湘西古丈县第三完全小学课外英语教育入手,以情境教学法为指导,进行点对点教育文化帮扶,成效显著,缓解了偏远贫困地区与城市教育资源差距过大的矛盾,对当地留守儿童的心理健康发展提供了帮助,也给贫困地区的教育扶贫方式带来了新的启发。 Since the 19 th CPC,Chinese government has given priority to building a stronger country by education and to promoting education equality.Responding to the call,a new"Internet+education"and culture poverty alleviation mode,which is run by college students,is created by combining the traditional mode of volunteer teaching and Internet.This mode is mainly based on online-teaching and takes offline survey as a supplement.Starting with Guzhang No.3 Primary School of Xiangxi,this project offers practical help to reduce the huge gap in education resources between the rural and urban areas.Guided by situational teaching method,college students teach English and answer various questions for stay-at-home children to promote the language and psychological development of stay-at-home children,reduce the huge gap in education resources between the rural and urban areas,and give inspiration for local government in education and culture poverty alleviation.
