"双高计划"引领的高等职业教育高质量发展已经成为高职院校改革发展的鲜明主题。对标"双高计划"建设的十大改革发展任务,高职院校普遍存在党的建设弱化、内涵建设存在短板、治理能力不强等问题。在此背景下,高职院校纪检监察机构要进一步明确职责定位,准确把握监督治理与高质量发展的逻辑关系,不断提升监督治理水平,聚焦高质量发展主题,精准有效开展监督,以监督治理效能推动学校高质量发展。

The high-quality development of higher vocational education led by the "double high plan"has become a distinct theme of the reform and development of higher vocational colleges. According to the ten reform and development tasks of the construction of the "double high plan", there are generally some problems in higher vocational colleges, such as weakening Party construction, weak connotation construction and low governance ability.
