“双减”政策下的研学旅行发展问题及策略探析——以巢湖市为例 被引量:3

摘要 随着2021年7月《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》(简称"双减"政策)的出台,孩子们有了更多的空闲时间。为了有效利用这些时间,知识教育和旅行结合的研学旅行成为家长的选择。"双减"的最终目标是构建健康的教育生态和优化教育的服务能力,与研学旅行"知行合一"的价值观不谋而合,使研学旅行被赋予了新的内涵,凸显出教育的属性。该文从研学旅游发展的现状出发,提出解决问题的具体措施和对策,为相关政府和教育主管部门决策提供理论依据,同时给未来研学旅游的研究提供相关议题,促进研学旅游的健康、持续发展。 After the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Students’ Homework and After-school Training at the Stage of Compulsory Education"(referred to as the"Double Reduction"policy) was issued in July 2021, children have more free time and parents will inevitably look for other alternatives. To effectively utilize the time, study travel, that combines knowledge education and travel, has become the choice of parents. The ultimate goal of"Double Reduction"is to build a healthy education ecology and optimize its service capabilities, which coincides with the value of"the unity of knowledge and action"of study travel. Study travel is given new connotations and highlights the attributes of education. Starting from the status quo of the development of study travel, this paper will put forward specific measures and countermeasures to solve the problems, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the decision-making of relevant government and education authorities, provide relevant topics for future research on study travel, and promote the healthy and continuous development of study travel.
