基于CIPP评价模型的语文课例研究现状与展望

摘要 课例研究是一种为了实现长期的教育或教学目标,以参与式观察、听评课为主要方式的合作性质的反思性教学研究实践。CIPP评价模型是集合诊断性评价、过程性评价和终结性评价的决策导向型评价模式,在长效性、综合性与决策性上,与课例研究有适切性。目前,语文课例研究存在研究数量少、缺乏学科针对性、研究体系不规范等问题。基于CIPP模型对三个语文课例研究案例进行对比,可探索出语文课例研究的未来发展策略,即:聚焦研究目标,凝聚研究团队力量;加强学情调研,优选研究有利证据;丰富评价手段,加强诊断的针对性;关注学习效果,促进教师专业发展。 Lesson study is a collaborative and reflective teaching research practice that uses participatory observation and lesson observation and evaluation as the main methods to achieve long-term education or teaching goals. The CIPP evaluation model is a decision-oriented evaluation model which consists of diagnostic evaluation, process evaluation and final evaluation.The CIPP model is suitable for lesson study in terms of its long-term, comprehensive and decision-making characteristics.At present, there are many problems in Chinese lesson study,such as the small amount of research, the lack of targeted subjects and the non-standard research system. Based on the CIPP model, the comparison of the three cases of Chinese lesson study can be used to explore the future development strategies of Chinese lesson study, that is, to focus on the research objectives and gather the research team strength, to strengthen the research of academic situation and select the favorable evidence, to enrich evaluation means and strengthen the pertinence of diagnosis, to pay attention to learning effect and promote teachers’ professional development.
