摘要
手指游戏具有趣味性、生活性和艺术性的特点,在幼儿发展中发挥重要作用。幼儿园新手教师手指游戏运用存在使用时间相对固定、游戏价值开发不足、使用类型较单一等问题,主要原因在于所处职业适应期的局限性、对手指游戏认识尚浅、手指游戏选用能力欠缺。因此,幼儿园新手教师需要增强对手指游戏的认识,拓展手指游戏的教育价值,选用适宜的手指游戏,将手指游戏融入一日活动各环节。
Finger games are interesting, life-based, and artistic,and play an important role in the development of children. There are some problems in the use of finger games by new kindergarten teachers, such as relatively fixed time of use, insufficient development of game value, and single types of use. The main reasons are the limitation of the occupational adaptation period,the lack of understanding of finger games, and the lack of ability to select finger games. Therefore, it is necessary for them to improve the understanding of finger games, expand the educational value of finger games, select appropriate finger games, and integrate finger games into all links of on-day activities.
