摘要 研究以氢氧化铝为铝源、氟化铝为烧结助剂、聚乙二醇为分散剂,采用高温固相法对氧化铝的生长条件进行调控,得到表面光滑、边缘规整的六角片状氧化铝粉体。主要探究氟化铝用量、煅烧温度以及保温时间对片状氧化铝的形貌与晶型的影响。XRD衍射及SEM分析结果表明:添加10%氟化铝的混合物B在煅烧温度为1200℃下保温3 h,可得到平均粒径5.5μm,径厚比为10.1,表面光滑,边缘规则的六角片状氧化铝粉体。 In this study,aluminum hydroxide was used as the aluminum source,aluminum fluoride was used as the sintering aid,polyethylene glycol was used as the disspreading agent.The growth conditions of aluminum oxide were controlled by high temperature solid phase method,and the hexagonal flabby aluminum oxide powder with smooth surface and regular edge was obtained.The effects of the amount of aluminum fluoride,calcination temperature and holding time on the morphology and crystal form of flaked alumina were investigated.XRD diffraction and SEM analysis showed that the mixture B with 10% aluminum fluoride was calcined at 1200℃ and held for 3 h.The hexagonal flaked alumina powders with an average particle size of 5.5 jam,diameter to thickness ratio of 10.1,smooth surface and regular edge were obtained.
