利用黄金尾矿废渣制备多孔墙体建材的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用黄金尾矿废渣为原料,采用直接发泡法制备高温闭孔墙体建材。通过正交实验确定了发泡剂的最佳含量及最佳烧成制度,研究了发泡剂细度及烧成制度对发泡体气孔结构及性能的影响。结果表明,在1160℃时SiC发泡剂发泡效果较为稳定,并且SiC细度越小,形成的气孔相对越小越均匀。选择细度15μm质量分数(下同)5%的SiC微粉与原料混合制坯,在3℃/min的速度下升温至1160℃并保温1 h,制得的样品性能最佳,体积密度达到0.58 g/cm^(3),抗折强度达到4.92 MPa,内部气孔相对较小且均匀。因此,通过实验结果得出最佳配方为尾砂50%,钠长石35%,钾长石5%,黏土10%,细度15μm SiC微粉5%。 High temperature closed hole foam ceramics were prepared by direct foaming method with gold tailings residue as raw material.The effects of fineness of foaming agent and firing system on pore structure and properties of foaming body were studied.The results show that the foaming effect of SiC foaming agent is stable at 1160 DC,and the smaller the SiC fineness is,the smaller and more uniform the pores are.Selected 15 micron SiC powder 5wt% for fineness and raw material mixing,heating up to 1160℃at 3℃/min and holding for lh,the volume density of the sample was up to 0.58 g/cm^(3),the flexural strength was up to 4.92 MPa,the internal pores were relatively small and uniform.Therefore,according to the experimental results,the best formula was tailing 50%,sodium feldspar 35%,potassium feldspar 5%,clay 10%,15 micron SiC micro powder 5%.
