某铅锌矿钢球配比优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 某铅锌选矿厂存在钢球尺寸单一、新生-0.074 mm含量偏低、过磨现象严重等问题。在生产流程中选取代表性矿样测定原矿力学性质和粒度组成,结合理论计算和试验结果为生产提供合理的钢球配比。研究结果表明:该矿石韧性和脆性偏高,通过破碎函数、段氏球径半理论公式和对比试验结果,采用?准80∶?准60∶?准40∶?准30=25∶35∶20∶20的推荐方案较现场方案在中间可选级别(0.01~0.15)mm产率提高6.06个百分点,易选级别(0.028~0.074)mm产率提高4.39个百分点,-0.074 mm含量提高8.65个百分点,磨矿效果优化明显。 One lead-zinc dressing plant has the following serious problems,such as single size of steel ball,low content of newly produced-0.074 mm product and serious over-grinding.In the production process,we select the representative ore sample to determine its mechanical property and granularity composition,and combining with the theoretic calculation and test results,the reasonable steel ball proportion can be provided.The research results show:the ore has high toughness and fragility,we adopted the breakage function,Duan's sphere diameter semi-theoretical formula and contrast test's results,and we also adopted the recommended scheme thatΦ80∶Φ60∶Φ40∶Φ30=25∶35∶20∶20,therefore the yield of middle optional level(0.01~0.15)mm was increased by 6.06%,the yield of easy-to-select level(0.028~0.074)mm was increased by 4.39%,the content with-0.074 mm mesh was increased by 8.65%,the ore grinding results was optimized obviously.
