摘要
针对MgCl_(2)对钛添加剂质量影响的问题,通过试验方法研究了75型钛添加剂中含量分别为5%、8%、10%、16%的MgCl_(2)作为助熔剂时在自然存放条件下的吸潮规律,并进一步研究了MgCl_(2)在自然存放条件下吸水率与时间的关系。试验表明,在自然潮湿条件下,MgCl_(2)的吸水率可达到253.45%,放置时间越长,吸水量越高。含MgCl_(2)的钛添加剂,经过(2~3)d会因吸收水分变得松散。为此提出的四项防止钛添加剂吸水的措施,解决了钛添加剂吸水问题,保质期达到一年以上。
MgCl_(2) has influence to quality of titanium additive,it is studied under the natural storage conditions,the moisture absorption principle of 75 type titanium additive that separately contains with different MgCl_(2) contents of 5%,8%,10%and 16%(acted as flux),and it also is studied the relationship between water absorption rate and time.The tests show that under the natural wet condition,the water absorption rate of MgCl_(2) can reach to 253.45%,the longer the time,the higher the water absorption.The titanium additive bearing with MgCl_(2),it will becomes loose because of water absorption during 2~3 days.Therefore,we proposed four measures to prevent water absorption of titanium additive,the expiration date can reach more than one year.
