摘要
为保证除气箱出口的氢含量符合控制要求,研究了石墨转子结构及氩气流量对除氢率的影响,确定了氩气流量值设定范围。结果表明:使用六孔结构石墨转子,气体流量值设定为(65~75)L/min,可以达到65%的除氢率,可满足工艺对氢含量的控制要求。
It is studied effect of graphite rotor structure and argon flow on hydrogen removal rate in order to guarantee the hydrogen content can meet the control requirements of degasification tank,and to confirm the setting range of argon flow value.The results show:process control requirements of hydrogen content can be met by using graphite rotor with six-hole structure,the gas flow value is set up as(65~75)L/min,the hydrogen removal rate can reach to 65%.
