It is introduced the architectural ideas and methods of production information management system of one copper electrolysis plant,it shows the necessity on establishment of information management system based on the current situation of traditional management mode of copper electrolysis plant,and it is discussed the structure of the system from three aspects,which is focused on the necessity and urgency that the traditional electrolysis plant should be changed to industry 4.0 smart plant.
