降低铝电解槽停槽电压的生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 由于汛期推迟,云南地区电力供应紧张,电解铝企业需压减负荷。某电解铝厂针对停槽数量增加、电能损耗大幅增加的问题,通过对停槽分别采取单点、单槽、整班、整段安装临时短接装置的措施,在确保安全操作的前提下,缩短电流路径,减小串联电路上的总电阻,停槽电压平均降低60 mV以上,单台停槽电耗每天可降低100 kW/h以上,安全效益和经济效益显著。 Electric power supply shortage has occurred in Yunnan area due to flood season has been postponed,so load of electrolytic aluminum enterprise needs to be reduced.In one electrolytic aluminum plant,shutting down times of electrolytic cell was increased,electric energy loss was increased greatly,therefore we adopt measurements that single point,single cell,one-piece run,whole shift installation of temporary shorting device for shutting down of electrolytic cell,it not only can guarantee safe operation,but also can shorten current path,reduce total resistance of series and parallel circuits,the average voltage for shutting down of electrolytic cell can be reduced over 60 mV,the unit power consumption of electrolytic cell can be reduced over 100 kW/h,we can get obvious safety benefits and economic benefits.
