BIM可以帮助实现建筑信息的集成,对施工现场进行精确建模,对现场难点、重点及容易忽视的问题提前进行把控。文章针对某公租房项目,对BIM在施工单位机电工程建设中前期建模,施工中的实际应用,施工后对现场的精确整合进行探讨。

Building information modeling(BIM)can help realize the integration of building information and control on-site difficult and key parts and easily ignored problems in advance by accurately modeling a construction site.Based on a public rental housing project,this paper discusses the application of BIM in the electromechanical engineering construction,building and accurate integration of the site after construction.
