摘要
将深度学习算法用于车辆空气制动系统健康状况分析,用实测数据训练了深度学习模型,根据列车管压力曲线预测正常制动阀输出的制动缸压力曲线,对制动阀健康状况进行量化分析,并实际验证了该方法的有效性,在此基础上开发了车辆制动故障预测与健康管理系统。
According to the train air brake pipe pressure curve,the brake cylinder pressure curve of normal brake valve output is predict⁃ed,the brake valve health status is analyzed quantitatively and the effectiveness of this method is verified by applying the deep learning algorithm in the health analysis on vehicle air brake system and training deep learning model with the measured data.On this basis,the vehicle braking Prognostics and Health Management is developed.
