高速列车齿轮箱润滑油发黑问题研究与优化

摘要 针对高速列车齿轮箱在复杂运用工况下出现的润滑油发黑现象,经过详细调查分析锁定问题根本原因,提出针对性的优化改进方案,并通过地面台架试验验证及实车线路考核,同时探索优化了齿轮箱设计、验证方法及运用维护标准。 Focusing on the blackening problem of lubricating oil used in high-speed train gearbox under complex operating conditions,the paper discloses rootcause through detailed investigation and analyses,the proposed targeted optimization scheme had past the ground bench test and line test run assessment.At the same time,the design,verification method and maintenance standards of the gearbox are also discussed and optimized.
