摘要
阐述了地铁车轮轮缘厚度的计算方法及特性,根据上海地铁13号线车辆的车轮检测数据,利用正态分布函数对整车车轮轮缘厚度值进行了统计推断和假设检验,结合正态分布函数的特性、轮缘厚度的范围和轮缘厚度的标准值,获得了地铁车辆整车车轮轮缘厚度的预警区间,讨论了运行线路和运行里程对轮缘厚度预警区间的影响。结果表明:整车车轮轮缘厚度服从正态分布函数,其预警区间为26~27.08 mm和32~33 mm;左右侧车轮存在偏磨现象,不同侧的车轮磨耗出现偏差时,轮缘厚度预警区间需要特定设置;轮缘厚度预警区间随运行里程的增大而增大,应更早地跟踪和检测轮缘厚度。文中的工作为设置地铁车轮检修规程中的轮缘厚度预警区间提供了参考依据。
The calculation method and characteristics of metro wheel rim thickness are expounded.According to the wheel detection data of Shanghai Metro Line 13,the normal distribution function is used to statistically infer and hypothesis test the vehicle wheel rim thick⁃ness value,combined with normal distribution The characteristics of the function,the range of the rim thickness and the standard value of the rim thickness obtained the warning interval of the wheel rim thickness of the subway car.The influence of the running route and mileage on the warning interval of the rim thickness was discussed.The results show that:the thickness of the wheel rim of the vehicle follows a normal distribution function,and the early warning intervals are 26-27.08 mm and 32-33 mm;the left and right wheels have partial wear,and when the wheel wear on different sides deviates,the rim thickness early warning interval Specific settings are required;the warning interval of the rim thickness increases as the running mileage increases.The work in this paper provides a reference basis for setting the rim thickness warning interval in the metro wheel maintenance regulations.
